Our Story

How it all began

Since we opened our doors, Gourmet Lean and Green Meal Prep Service has become an integral part of the local community. We started in 2023 after realizing it wasn’t always easy to source the highest-quality, fresh and wholesome food to be delivered in the San Jose area. We are thrilled to see our client base expanding with every passing year and aim to keep bringing new and exciting products to our store.

We offer fresh cooked meal prep, not one but two days per week!  deliveries are on Sunday and Wednesday when ordering a 10 meal plan. Our 5 meal plan is delivered on Sunday only. You can submit your orders up until Thursday evening for Sunday delivery as the ordering process takes 72 hours.
